At Liquid Fitness we are strong believers in the importance of
on the road testing. You don't do your training inside a labratory
so why do your testing in one. If you want to establish training
zones, either heart rate or watts that you will use to fine tune your road training, then we will test you on on the road. This is a great way to start your training program.

Lab Testing
There are times when a more controlled environment is preferred for testing and in those cases, we offer CompuTrainer testing. This is great for tracking progress, gauging fitness and observing and perfecting pedal stroke through the Computrainer Spin Scan analysis.
