Group/Team Training Plans

Team training plans are an excellent way for a group of
riders to excell and to push each other to new heights.  The
advantage of a team training plan is that it is affordable and
allows friendsand teammates to train together when they
wish but allows the flexibility for riders to train on their own
as well.

Team Training Plans offer all the same benefits of our Gold
level plan but instead of a fully personalized schedule, the
group gets one custom schedule that takes into account the goals, limitations and time restrictions of the entire group.

Team Members still get the following,

  • Initial 1 hr Consultation
  • Fully Customized Training Schedule
  • Detailed Daily Training Instructions
  • Testing and Training Zone Analysis
  • Unlimited Client/Coach Phone Contact
  • Unlimited Schedule Adjustments
  • Weekly Data Analysis and Schedule Updates
  • Guideance on equipment, nutrition, skills supplements, tactics and Mental Training

Rates

$175 per person per month for groups of 3 to 4.
$150 per person per month for groups of 5 or more.

Liquid Fitness Coaching

The Liquid Fitness coaching staff includes professional UCI road racers and ITU triathletes.  They each have multiple certifications and more than a dozen years of experience. 

Our clients include masters, juniors, women, entry level and elite level racers.  We've coached century and charity riders, triathletes and cyclocross racers.  Whatever your discipline, we have a coach for you.

Many cyclists wonder how we work with our clients.  OUr programs take the guess work out of  your training.  First we get to know you and then we write a training schedule that meets your needs.  Whichever plan you sign up for, each day you will know how long to ride for, at what intensity, cadence, terrain as well as very specific interval training.  Most importantly, you will have unlimted access to your coach to ask questions and to help us fine tune your training. 

We do fully customized, highly detailed individual training plans.  We also have a library of pre-built programs.  We do team coaching as well as one on one instruction.  We also do road and lab testing
