The goal of these sessions is to create a customized mental training program designed specifically to address any mental barriers you may find yourself up against.
Working together, we will identify your specific negative thought patterns and create a customized program to elimnate them and replace them with powerful and permanent positive thinking.
These sessions can be done in person, over the phone or via skype.
We begin with a short phone call or e-mail exchange in order to get an idea of what yoru goals are and what mental obstacles we need to work around to achieve them.
After that, I give you some mental homework in order to prepare you for the one on one session.
The session lasts approximately one hour and includes the following,
- Identification of unique negative thought patterns
- Creation of mantras and positive affirmations specifically designed to target mental handicaps
- Workshop on various sports psychology concepts, and training methods
- Customized hypnosis or guided visualization exercise which client may record for future use.
