just Liquid Fitness coaching.

The LIquid Cycling Club has more than 350 active members in 36 states and 6 countries.

In only it's first year, the Liquid Racing program has become a force to be reckoned with on the US circuit.  Our cat 1 racers have thrown down with some of the best bicycle racers on the planet at races such as Redlands, Superweek, Cascade, Tour De Nez and Mt Hood.

The Media has had their eye on Liquid Fitness for several years now. In addition to Josh's Pez articles read by more than 400,00 cyclists each month, our coaches articles have appeared on CyclingNews.com and in Road Bike Action Magazine.  Our coaches have also apeared on ESPN's Bicycle Radio, The Fred Cast, PowerBar ads, Comcast commercials, Nike commercials and more.
