Step 1

  We schedule a meeting with you, either in person or over the phone.  The meeting lasts about an hour and gives us a chance to learn everything we need to know about you in order to write you a complete training program. 

This includes information about your athletic history, work and family obligations, time constraints, goals and any physical limitations.  
Step 2

  Based on information obtained in your interview, your coach will create a customized training program to get you to your goals.  The schedule will include ride time, heart rate and power zones, cadence, interval descriptions and terrain parameters. 

You will be able to log your workouts and diet as well as download your workouts from a variety of devices.

Step 3

  As you follow the schedule, you will have unlimited access to your coach either by e-mail or phone, depending on the program you are on.  We encourage you to ask LOTS of questions.
 
At the end of each week your coach will contact you to see how things are going and if there are any changes that need to be made.  
Step 4

  Depending on your plan, your coach will analyze and update your training weekly or monthly.  This will include heart rate and power analysis, as well as direct input from you. 

Unlike many coaches who only look at empirical data, we believe that direct communication is essential.  Remember, cycling success is about  more than just graphs and charts! 
Step 5

  You become strong and more confident than ever before.  Your strength and power increases and your recovery time decreases.  You lose unwanted body fat and your pedal stroke becomes efficient and quick. 

You call up your coach and thank him/her profusely for helping you reach new heights in your cycling that you never thought possible!
